On February 25, 2020, approximately six weeks after the reading, Disney announced that Bob Chapek had been appointed Chief Executive Officer of The Walt Disney Company, effective immediately.
Bob Iger transitioned to Executive Chairman while remaining Chairman of the Board.
Reflection
The prediction suggested that Chapek would overcome difficulties and gain a position of leadership. What actually happened was more significant: he received a major promotion.
Looking back, Shukra in Sampat suggested favorable negotiations, Mithuna in Sadhaka emphasized communication leading to accomplishment, and Ripu in Naidhana suggested the removal of obstacles.
